1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
change of mind
incorrect size selection
personal preference
worn or used items
Please carefully review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.
2. Size & Fit Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size that will provide the desired fit. We strongly recommend comparing sizing with sneakers you already own before purchasing.
We do not offer size swaps, exchanges, or fit-related refunds.
3. Manufacturing Variations
KandtFactory is not responsible for minor manufacturing variations that may naturally occur during production. This may include, but is not limited to:
excess glue marks
stitching variations
slight leather creasing
packaging imperfections
These characteristics are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
4. Wear & Product Condition
We are not responsible for damages caused by wear, misuse, improper care, or excessive use after delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number
clear photos of the item
photos of the packaging
If approved after review, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
6. Shipping Responsibility
KandtFactory is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped and marked in transit or delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If shipping protection is offered at checkout, customers are strongly encouraged to purchase it for additional coverage and claim eligibility.
7. Order Finality
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once they have been processed or shipped.
8. Policy Protection
We reserve the right to refuse claims, refunds, or future service in cases of:
abuse of our policies
suspicious activity
excessive claims
fraudulent chargebacks
